Heather Anne Thomas (born Heather Anne Thomas) is an American author, actress and activist. She gained notoriety for playing Jody Banks in the NBC The Fall Guy, an Adventure series. Her TV debut came at a very young age, when she became one of the hosts on the NBC show 'Talking with a Giant. The ULCA graduated then appeared in a variety of guest appearances on the show, including 'California Fever", 'Co-Ed Fever" and 'The misadventures o Sheriff Lobo". The year was 1981 and she got tapped as the main character in "The fall Guy". Thomas was made famous in many states by the popular five-season show. Since then, she's been a part of numerous TV series and movies. As of 1987, Thomas played her role as the lead in the film made for television "Ford The Man and the Machine. In the film, she was awarded a Gemini Award for this. Thomas, as time passed and she started focusing more on personal matters, decided to stop her acting career in 1998. As well as being an author, she is also a writer and a screenwriter.

The media criticized her for not confirming that she was Chinese. This Columbia University Human Rights student is popular in Hollywood because of her diverse and original roles. In addition, there is a report that she's among the most promising Hollywood actresses.
